We are run by you. LIBERA is made up of a powerful team of design professionals who generously donate their time and talent to collaborate in projects that can move our country forward.

Common Questions
What are the benefits from joining the libera community  
Joining the Libera community means you'll be at the heart of a network of Venezuelan designers worldwide, all dedicated to shaping our nation's future through impactful design. Your collaboration on projects positions you at the forefront of the positive change we aim to see in Venezuela, engaging in work that's rich with purpose and significance. Furthermore, each project you contribute to enhances your skill set, provides deep insights, expands your professional network, and adds a meaningful entry to your portfolio as a proud member of the Libera team.
What is the timeline for each project engagement
The duration of each project varies based on its scope and the nature of the engagement. Through our newsletter, we'll share detailed specifications about each engagement, allowing you to determine if you'd like to join the team dedicated to bringing the project to life. Please note that project timelines may adjust due to changes in the country's environment or our partners' availability. Based on previous engagements we estimate 10 hours of work per week, per team member.
How do project communications and collaborations work?
As an internationally based community, we conduct the majority of our project engagements online, primarily through Zoom. Should a project necessitate our physical presence, we'll make arrangements based on available possibilities and resources.
Will my contributions to projects be recognized?  
Absolutely! Should you choose to, your name and contact details will be proudly displayed in the team section of our project's Web Case Study, along with any other online or printed materials related to the project. Recognition of your effort and contribution is a priority for us.
What if my availability is limited to 5 hours per week?  
That's perfectly fine! We are grateful for whatever support you can provide. At Libera, our strength lies in our community. Every hour you contribute is valuable and appreciated.
Do I need extensive experience to join?
Not at all! We welcome talents from all levels and backgrounds in design, including students. For newcomers to the field, joining Libera offers an exceptional chance to work alongside experienced designers, providing a unique learning and growth opportunity.
